Raid degli Oliveti Camp
200 kilometers among the olive trees. The arrival in the dark, on top of Montiferru Mountain. Is there a better way to start a winter camp at 1,000 meters in mid-December? This is why the Raid Camp is born. A tent, a fireplace, travel stories, for a winter night under ancient oak trees.
The Raid Camp is a joint idea of Pastors in Moto and Elighes' Uttiosos Agricamping. The area is equipped to accommodate up to 25 people. It has toilets, hot water showers and outdoor sinks for clothes and dishes. Campers also have a barbecue, set in a small house called "su pinnetu" and three stone tables in the shade of large oak trees.
A challenge to discover the beauty of Sardinia during winter
Low temperatures, stormy weather and probable snow can make the Raid Camp a challenge. At the morning, an exciting view at the sea in winter will make the experience worth the camp. Isn't it?
